For non-technical people and small businesses
AI, explained the way a friend would explain it.
OneClickIT AI Academy is one calm path from “what is AI?” to picking the right tool for each job, to automating the busywork. Ten minutes a day. One small action per lesson.
How it works
1. Tell us about your work
A friendly 10-minute assessment. Your role, your industry, your goals, and the three tasks that eat your week.
2. Get your personal path
We build a learning path that fits your job and the tools you already pay for, and we tell you why we ordered it that way.
3. Learn one small thing a day
Each lesson ends with a “do this today” action. Finish a track and earn a certificate you can share.
Four tracks, one path
You don’t need to take all four. Your path picks the order that fits your job.
Foundations
Start here. What AI actually is, how chat assistants work, how to write a good prompt, and how to check the answer before you trust it.
Daily Tools
Which tool for which job: emails, meetings, images, research, and documents. Learn the tool that fits the task you already have today.
Automation
First learn to ask “should this even be automated?” Then build simple automations with Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI agents.
Business Management
Run the business on AI: an AI usage policy, SOPs, meeting and CRM workflows, a time-saved tracker, and a staff rollout plan.
What we believe
There are enough loud opinions about AI. This is the calm, practical one.
- Plain language, always. Short sentences. No unexplained jargon. If we use a technical word, we define it right there.
- No hype and no income promises. We teach skills, not “get rich with AI” stories.
- No tool pays to be recommended. Recommendations are based on fit, cost, and privacy. Every one shows its last-verified date.
- Built for real work. Every lesson ends with a small “do this today” action you can finish in a few minutes.
